Report a dealer or dispute an entry

We record what people report and link to the source. We don't judge it. A report goes up only with a public source behind it, a forum thread, a subreddit post, or a submission with an order reference and screenshots we can attach.

To report a problem

Send the following through the form below or by email. No evidence, no record.

• The dealer name and the exact domain you dealt with
• Date of the order and payment method
• What went wrong, in a few sentences
• A link to the forum or subreddit thread if one exists, or screenshots of the order and the conversation

A report puts the dealer into disputed status, which drops it below all tiers until resolved. Two confirmed reports in twelve months take forty points off the score.

To dispute an entry

Dealers and buyers can dispute any line on any page. Tell us which fact is wrong and link to the evidence. If nobody acts on a dispute within fourteen days, the system marks the entry disputed on its own and cuts its visibility until a person reviews it. That rule exists so an unanswered dispute never works in the index's favour.
